Therapy Sessions via Video.
Director and Founder of Telehealth Psychology Services
I am passionate about empowering people to overcome challenges and to find practical ways to get back to a life they want, enjoy and wish for.
I work with adults who are struggling to manage life stressors or the aftermath of traumatic experiences and are feeling that their lives are unravelling.
You might find that you have been more short-tempered or frustrated than usual or maybe you are withdrawing from those around you and life does not have the enjoyment or joy it used to. You might have pangs of unpleasant feelings such as guilt or shame. This might particularly be the case when you feel that something is lacking in your life, or you are missing out on daily family experiences and social events, due to your work. Maybe you feel uneasy or nervous and just not your usual self and maybe are isolating yourself or drinking alcohol or using drugs more often than you or others would like.
Whatever your circumstances are or wherever you are in life at the moment, together we can identify and explore problematic thinking patterns, behaviour and difficult emotions, that may be impacting upon your work, personal life and/or relationships. This in turn can lead to having a healthier life and stronger relationships and feeling more content within yourself.
You may wish to dive deeper to better understand how your thought patterns, behaviours and emotions, as well as the challenges, defining moments, and good times that you have encountered in life have impacted on who you are today. In a safe, non-judgemental therapeutic space we can create lasting positive changes that can be applied when faced with future difficulties.
I know that no single approach suits every individual, so I have been trained in a number of modalities that are tailored to suit your individual needs.
