Thank you for considering Telehealth Psychology Services for referral for your patient(s).

Please send referrals to our Admin team so they can match your patient with the best suited Psychologist on our team. 

We accept referrals for claims made through:

Medicare

WorkCover

EAP (Employee Assistance Programmes)

Private Health Funds

NDIS (Self managed),

Department of Veteran Services (DVA) and

Insurance Companies e.g. CTP claim

Patients can be seen by our Psychologists privately

We will send you a confirmation letter that we have received your referral and details of your patient’s session booking.

The fee to see a Telehealth Psychology Services’ Psychologist is:

 $258 per 50 minute session.
The Psychologists and Clinical Psychologists charge $258 per session.

Please note, we are not a bulk billing practice.

Medicare rebates can be claimed for sessions with the Psychologists if your patient/client has a valid Mental Health Care Plan.
Medicare rebates are $93.35 for a General Psychologist and $137.05 for a Clinical Psychologist.
Private Health Funds can be claimed for sessions with our Psychologists if your patient/client is covered for Psychology.
