NDIS Participants

Do you have a disability?

  • Are you facing challenges completing daily activities due to a psychosocial disability?

  • Are you seeking support to build your emotional resilience, increase independence, and work towards your NDIS goals?

Are you a Family Member, Support Worker, or Support Coordinator?

  • Does your family member or participant face barriers accessing essential services?

  • Are you supporting someone to build capacity across social, emotional, or daily living domains?

These challenges can be exhausting and isolating — not only for the participant, but also for those supporting them. Without the right supports in place, they can contribute to increased distress and reduced well-being.

Our Support for NDIS Participants

We provide psychological services to NDIS participants with a focus on:

  • Capacity Building Supports – helping individuals develop skills in emotional regulation, relationships, and goal-setting

  • Functional Independence – improving confidence and motivation to carry out daily tasks and life roles

  • Strengthening Supports – working alongside families, carers, and support networks to improve communication and relationships

  • Reducing Barriers – providing strategies to navigate the mental health impacts of disability, trauma, or chronic stress

For Family Members and Carers

Supporting someone with a disability can bring moments of joy, but it can also come with emotional fatigue, burnout, or feelings of helplessness. We can help you make space to care for your own mental health while continuing to support your loved one effectively.

How We Work

  • We offer collaborative care: working closely with Support Ccoordinators and allied health professionals

  • All sessions are telehealth-based: accessible, flexible, and ideal for people in rural, remote, or time-restricted circumstances

  • Services are available for participants who are self-managed or plan-managed under the NDIS
