You might be here because:
• You find yourself snapping or reacting more quickly than you’d like
• Your responses feel stronger than the situation calls for
• Others step around you or avoid certain conversations
• You’ve said or done things in anger that you later regret
• You feel constantly on edge or easily irritated
• Tension is affecting your relationships or work
Understanding Anger?
Support focuses on understanding patterns of anger and what is contributing to them.
With the right support, you can:
• Recognise early signs that anger is building
• Identify situations or themes that trigger stronger reactions
• Develop steadier responses under pressure
• Separate immediate emotion from considered action
• Strengthen communication in moments of tension
The aim is to increase choice in how you respond.
What Support Can Look Like
Psychological support isn’t about judgement or labels.
It’s about understanding what’s going on and offering guidance that fits your situation.
With the right support, you can:
Understand patterns with more clarity and perspective
Identify what’s helping, what’s not, and what’s keeping things stuck
Develop steadier ways of coping with stress, pressure, or emotion
Make decisions that feel considered, not reactive
Support is shaped around your needs, goals, and pace.
